Located on our Comox Valley campus and situated on the traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation.

North Island College is honoured to acknowledge the traditional and unceded territories of the 35 First Nations of the Nuu-chah-nulth, Kwakwaka’wakw, and Coast Salish traditions, upon whose lands we are privileged to live, learn, and grow.

Two linked buildings, gukwa'las and tl'emstan, feature a unique mix of single-occupant and shared housing units. The third building, ʔayɛs kʷ ǰɛǰɛnxʷɛgəs, provides dedicated on-campus family housing units.

1. Submit Your Application:

Submit your housing application through the above menu by paying the non-refundable $50 application fee.

2. Accept Your Suite Offer:

Housing offer letters are sent by email- monitor your NIC email regularly. Steps include reading and accepting the housing contract and paying the Suite Acceptance Fee by the due date stated in your offer. The $450 suite acceptance fee is paid within your housing application.

3. Prepare for Move-In:

Get ready for move-in day by reviewing important housing information, including move-in procedures and a checklist of what to bring.
